The Kaliningrad Regional Youth Public Organization "Center for Youth Initiatives" was founded in 2012 and is a voluntary association of citizens who have united in accordance with the procedure established by law on the basis of their common interests to meet spiritual or other non-material needs, to represent and protect common interests and achieve goals.
